Manoj founded On Target, following his passion for the online media and marketing industry. Cumulatively, he has spent almost 15 years in content for online media including a stint as the Online Managing Editor for reputed international publications such as EE Times Asia ; web product management and online marketing.

He also serves as a Consulting Director for a couple of interactive agencies & online media ventures in Singapore & the UK. He is a founding team member of Kredence, a Mumbai-based digital consumer solutions company with interests in online group buying & the healthcare sector .

Away from work, Manoj loves to read, write, travel, cook (occasionally!) and teach his son the nuances of leg-spin bowling and the front-foot straight drive. His infrequent musings on diverse topics that are close to him can be found on his personal blog, Bouncing Yorkers .
